Some companies offer stipends for wellness or mental health that can be designated for Manatee services.

If you have a flexible spending account (FSA) or health saving account (HSA), you can use those pre-tax funds towards sessions with us.

You’ll want to get an answer to this question before your first session. Every insurance company handles superbills a little bit differently and it often depends on the type of plan you have. Some will reimburse you for 100% of what you paid, some only reimburse 40-60%, and others don’t accept superbills for therapy at all.
Here are the average sessions and length that your insurance will want to know if you are asking about pre-approval:
Code 90832: 9 Child therapy sessions (30 mins each)
Code 90834: 9 Child therapy sessions (45 mins each)
Code 90846: 3 Parent sessions (30 mins each)
Code 90847: 3 Family sessions (45 mins each)

How do I submit a superbill?
Having a superbill doesn’t guarantee that your insurer will reimburse you, but it can definitely increase your chances of getting reimbursed if you want to file a claim and many people use them with great success!
